DescriptionResponsible for identifying and defining product requirements and owning initiatives from initial concept through delivery. This role requires understanding existing processes, assessing their impact on end customers, and developing improved approaches. The candidate will work closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams. They must understand customer behavior and needs, then translate those insights into clear product requirements. The role also requires the ability to dive deeply into technical considerations when necessary.

- Many projects currently lack defined strategy; this person will represent the mobile business unit and drive alignment
- Must be a self-starter-able to independently engage partners, gather information, track progress, and create reports
- Initial support will be provided by a team member for onboarding
- Experience with Confluence or Jira is required
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Onsite Requirement: 4 days per week
- Team Focus: Internal tools for sales and operations, along with managing production support issues for a mobile business unit
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with internal & external stakeholders
- Communication: Must be able to communicate product strategy to technical teams
