Summary

role: Patient Services Representative/Phlebotomist Floater
Location: Fredericksburg VA 22401
Payrate: $23/hr. - $25/hr. on W2
Shift time: Monday Friday 7:00AM 3:30PM with Saturday rotation
State of Credentials/Licenses Required: None

Job Description:
Provides patient-facing phlebotomy services including blood collection and specimen preparation while maintaining accurate records. Ensures patient comfort, trust, and understanding during procedures. Supports multiple locations as needed, demonstrating leadership, process excellence, and confidentiality.

Additional Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
3 years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary collections)
Minimum 2 years Patient Service Center experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Keyboard/data entry experience required
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
Reliable transportation, valid driver s license, and clean driving record
