Role: Patient Services Representative/Phlebotomist I
Location: Avon CT 06001
Payrate: $17/hr. - $21/hr. on W2
Shift time: Monday Wednesday 8:00AM 4:00PM (30min unpaid break), Thursday Friday 8:00AM 2:00PM
State of Credentials/Licenses Required: None

Job Description:
Provides patient-facing phlebotomy services including blood collection and specimen preparation while maintaining accurate records. Ensures patient comfort, trust, and understanding during procedures. Follows established practices, demonstrates leadership, and supports process excellence and confidentiality.

Additional things required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
Minimum 6 months experience; 1+ years phlebotomy experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Keyboard/data entry experience required
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
