Role: Patient Services Representative/Phlebotomist II
Location: 5901 E Riverside Blvd, Rockford, IL 61114
Payrate: $23/hr. - $25/hr. on W2
Shift time: Monday Friday 6:00AM 2:30PM, every other Saturday 8:00AM 2:00PM (Central Time)
State of Credentials/Licenses Required: None

Job Description:
Serves as the patientfacing representative performing highquality blood draws and preparing specimens for testing while ensuring patient comfort, trust, and procedural accuracy. Works under the area supervisor to complete daily activities, verify demographics and specimen labels, maintain documentation, and uphold a safe, professional environment. Demonstrates leadership behaviors, process excellence, confidentiality, and superior customer focus.

Additional things required:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
1 3 years phlebotomy experience inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service experience highly preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience required.
Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, oncall, overtime, and travel to multiple locations.
