role: Patient Services Representative/Phlebotomist II
Location: Greenwood AR 72936
Payrate: $23/hr. - $25/hr. on W2
Shift time: 7:30AM 4:30PM, Monday Friday
State of Credentials/Licenses Required: None

Job Description:
Provides patient-facing phlebotomy services including blood collection, specimen preparation, and accurate documentation. Ensures patient comfort and trust while verifying demographic information and labeling. Supports multiple locations, demonstrates leadership, process excellence, confidentiality, and superior customer focus.

Additional things required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
3 years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary collections)
Minimum 2 years Patient Service Center experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Keyboard/data entry experience
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
