Role: Patient Services Representative/Phlebotomist II
Location: Springfield MO 65807
Payrate: $23/hr. - $25/hr. on W2
Shift time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, Monday Friday (Central Time)
State of Credentials/Licenses Required: None

Job Description:
Represents the company to patients by performing highquality phlebotomy and specimen preparation while ensuring patient safety, comfort, accuracy, and confidentiality. Works under supervisor direction to complete daily activities, verify patient information, maintain documentation, and promote a professional environment. May be assigned to various locations as business needs dictate.

Additional things required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred/required in certain states (CA, NV, WA).
1 3 years phlebotomy experience required (pediatric, geriatric, capillary).
2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience required.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, oncall, overtime, and multiple locations.
