Role Summary

Best Buy is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams and ensure smooth delivery of projects. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience managing Agile boards/tools and facilitating Scrum ceremonies in an enterprise environment. Onsite presence 3 days per week is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Manage Agile boards and workflows using Jira and other tools such as Azure DevOps Boards, Rally (CA Agile Central), or similar
• Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup, capacity)
• Remove impediments and drive team productivity
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices
• Provide regular status updates and reporting

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong experience with Jira and other Agile board tools
• Solid understanding of Agile & Scrum frameworks
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Enterprise-level project experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Scrum certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe)
• Experience with Confluence
• Retail or eCommerce domain experience
