Position Overview

Seeking one (1) experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role focuses on building and integrating Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies to replace and enhance internal business applications.

The resource will act as a Power Platform subject matter expert, contribute to overall solution architecture, and provide knowledge transfer and best-practice guidance to internal development staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Platform solutions based on business requirements
• Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps) for internal application tracking and workflow automation
• Develop and support Power Automate flows for business processes and system integrations
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
• SQL Server databases
• Azure Active Directory
• SharePoint
• Microsoft Teams
• Assist with overall application architecture and design decisions
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application quality and establish best practices
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal technical staff

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Microsoft Power Apps
• Microsoft InfoPath experience may substitute for up to 1 year
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Microsoft Power Automate
• Microsoft Flow experience may substitute for up to 1 year
• Minimum 3 years of experience with .NET, Java, C#, or similar development languages supporting Power Platform solutions
• Experience developing applications within Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) environments
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SQL Server databases
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and secure enterprise development practices

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Premium Connectors to integrate with external databases
• Participation in two (2) or more engagements, each lasting six (6) months or longer, in a Power Apps Developer role
• Advanced experience designing complex Canvas Apps and model-driven apps, including:
• Component reusability
• Data integration
• Custom controls
• Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) for reusable UI components
• Experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with:
• SharePoint
• Azure services
• Microsoft Teams
• Dynamics 365
• Experience using APIs to integrate with third-party systems
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or guiding other developers on Power Platform solutions

Work Details

• Engagement Type: Full-time staff augmentation
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote with onsite presence required two days per week)
• Interview Process: Virtual interview via Microsoft Teams
• Anticipated Start: Late February 2026
• Initial Term: One year, with potential extensions
