Required Qualification:
Relevant Oracle product stack including Oracle SOA Suite and expertise in software development using Python, including data modeling and migrations, system integration, and advanced business process using Oracle BPEL (Business Process Execution Language).
Proven experience in Oracle SOA Suite development and integration, particularly with BPEL (Business Process Execution Language).
Expert-level knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server administration, including configuration, deployment, and performance tuning.
Strong background in Oracle database administration and PL/SQL development.
Proficiency in Python for API, backend development, data processing, and ETL workflows, JSON, XML, CI/CD.
Experience working in collaborative Agile environments, including participation in sprint planning and code reviews.
Familiarity with government or criminal justice system data exchange standards is highly desirable
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with modern data architecture, including data pipelines, analytics, and data services
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or ITIL methodologies
Proficiency in event-driven programming using Python
Strong database design and schema development skills
Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development experience
Experience with Oracle BPEL, Web Services, JSON, XML, ActiveMQ, and Microsoft Message Queue

The following scope of work :
1.Collaborative Development
Partner with the internal JUSTIS team to maintain and enhance existing data exchange components developed in Python, JSON, and PL/SQL.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile sprint planning to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
2. SOA-Based Integration
Design, develop, and optimize business processes using Oracle SOA Suite, with a focus on BPEL (Business Process Execution Language).
Enhance and extend existing SOA workflows to meet evolving data exchange and integration requirements across agencies.
3. Data Architecture Modernization
Assist in migrating legacy data structures to a modern relational data architecture.
Support data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning within Oracle databases to ensure scalability and efficiency.
4. Architecture Compliance & Agency Support
Redesign and align system architecture with updated Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) standards.
Collaborate with each of the nine criminal justice agencies to build or upgrade integration components tailored to their specific compliance and operational needs
