7+ years of the following experiences: User Experience Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Visual Design or related fields in the design of web and mobile applications.
Creation of IA documents such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user stories, personas, high quality visuals and other user-centric documentation
Proven ability in Interaction Design, Visual Design for Enterprise Web/SaaS/Mobile applications
Will be responsible for your UX teams' velocity and produce rich deliverables keeping up with the fast-paced sprints and stakeholder UX reviews meetings.
Strong expertise in problem discovery research, with a proven ability to uncover deep user insights.
Expert in UI/UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD) and UX prototyping
Experience working on a complex technical B2B product suite
Ability to handle complex sets of cross-functional inputs and apply a (design) systems thinking approach and translate effectively to UX design requirements and information architectures.
Ability to question assumptions, gather and analyse information to come to better and innovative solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams.
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure the highest quality of work.
Decisions involve interpretation of data, planning own work, or refining the methods and techniques to be used.
Translates requirements for technical solutions, based on understanding of how technical solutions impact the business as required.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in product design and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, or commensurate qualification from an accredited university.
