Epic Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst – Reporting & Analytics to support, develop, and optimize Epic reporting solutions that enable clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epic reporting tools, data extraction, dashboard creation, and collaboration with clinical and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Epic Reporting & Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain Epic reports, dashboards, and extracts to support clinical, operational, quality, and financial use cases.
• Build and optimize reports using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, SlicerDicer, and Clarity.
• Develop advanced Clarity SQL queries and support data validation and reconciliation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Epic certification in one or more modules preferred. (e.g., Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar) 
• Hands-on experience with Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer.
• Strong SQL expertise, especially with Epic Clarity databases.

Reporting & Analytics

• Experience developing clinical, operational, quality, and financial reports.
• Expertise in building dashboards and executive summaries.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) integrated with Epic data.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Epic data models and workflows.
• Experience with ETL concepts, data validation, and data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Caboodle and enterprise data warehousing is a plus.
