Jr. IT Project Manager
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects that support new properties, business expansion, system enhancements, and regulatory initiatives. This role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, scheduling, budgeting, change management, vendor coordination, and second-level support.

What You ll Do:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand complex, evolving requirements and translate business needs into clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource utilization, cost estimates, and projections.
- Review and approve system change requests, creating and executing formal change management and communication plans.
- Conduct research and business analysis to assess project impacts, risks, and outcomes; develop detailed requirements, workflows, and documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between IT, business units, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful system adoption.
- Interact with governmental and regulatory agencies to obtain approvals and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Prepare and deliver written reports, timelines, dashboards, and presentations on project status, performance, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
What Gets You the Job:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, business operations, systems development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong proficiency with project management and productivity tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project, Visio, and related software.
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), relational database concepts, and reporting/query tools.
- Experience conducting business research, analysis, and presenting findings using reports, graphics, and project documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, track expenditures, allocate resources, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
