The main function of a UI/UX Designer is to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences that enhance usability and meet business goals. A typical UI/UX Designer is responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality interfaces.
Manager is seeking a candidate with 8+ years of UI/UX Designer experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a high level of professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces.
• Design user flows and experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with project goals.
• Apply design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs.
Skills:
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field required.
