Contract: 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Overview: The role involves configuring and implementing the ServiceNow platform for Digital Product Release, supporting an ITSM Transformation initiative. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand information processing needs.
Coordinate and integrate computer systems within the organization for compatibility and information sharing.
Consult with management to ensure alignment on system principles.
Expand or modify systems to improve workflow or serve new purposes.
Configure and implement ServiceNow for Digital Product Release.
Support ITSM Transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

ServiceNow platform expertise (configuration and development).
Strong JavaScript skills:
- Syntax, data types, control structures, functions, OOP concepts.
- Ability to write scripts for different contexts (client-side, server-side, business rules).
Understanding of web development principles.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Portfolio Management, including:
- Strategic Portfolio Management (Project & Digital Portfolio Management).
- Enterprise Architecture (Application & Technology Portfolio Management).
Agile methodology experience.
Cloud-based computing systems knowledge.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with Digital Product Release processes.
Industry background in digital product release.
Advanced ServiceNow skills ensuring controlled, auditable releases aligned with risk and compliance requirements.
