Job Title: Project Manager for Enterprise IT Managed Services
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 18 months
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end RFP development and management process for IT services. This includes defining IT service tower requirements, SLAs, resource models, ServiceNow integration needs, vendor qualification criteria, and pricing structures. The role involves close stakeholder engagement to gather and validate requirements, manage reviews and approvals, and ensure alignment with business, IT, and finance teams. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee the complete RFP lifecycle from planning and vendor communications to proposal evaluation, vendor presentations, and selection while supporting due diligence, negotiations, and executive decision-making through clear recommendations and documentation.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience writing RFPs for IT managed services
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management
- Experience with ServiceNow platform and have managed services integrations
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Compliance with relevant industry standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS if applicable.
Desired Skills:
- ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS, or similar)
- ITIL Certification
- ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II certification
- Experience with enterprise-scale IT outsourcing transitions
