IT Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meetings across internal teams and vendors
• Manage meeting logistics, agendas, notes, decisions, and action items
• Track milestones, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Collect updates and maintain weekly status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs
• Maintain project documentation in Smartsheet and Teams
• Support project communications and scheduling coordination
• Coordinate UAT testing activities, including test schedules, result collection, and data validation tracking
• Correlate testing issues to scenarios for escalation to the Senior P

Tools & Experience Expectations

• Strong proficiency with Smartsheet, Teams, and Outlook
• Minimum 3+ years of Project Coordinator experience
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-stakeholder software implementations
• ERP or enterprise system implementation experience (Infor preferred)
• Prior experience coordinating UAT or system integration testin

• Budget or change control ownership
• Scope or schedule decision-making
• Escalation ownership or overall project management
• Bachelor s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field

03 years experience in project management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
