Are you an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong technical foundation, a self-starter mindset, and a passion for solving real-world problems? We're looking for ambitious individuals ready to lead, collaborate, and make an impact. What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications
Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from problem definition to solution deployment
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic technical decisions
Stay ahead of industry trends and help shape our AI roadmap

What We re Looking For:

5 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
Proven experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
Minimum of 12 months of hands-on involvement with LLMs and generative AI
Expertise in Python at a senior level with proficient React skills
Background in designing APIs and microservices at an institutional level
Demonstrated success in deploying AI features into production environments
Excellent communication and leadership abilities comfortable presenting ideas and driving initiatives
Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
