PowerBI Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Power BI Developer in Westlake, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Accountable for consistent delivery of functional software - sprint to sprint, release to release
* Precision in software development practices and procedures
* Power BI Developer will participate in application-level architecture - able to drive the solution
* Develops original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts
* Responsible for QA readiness of software work you are doing (end-to-end tests, unit tests, automation)
* Responsible for supporting implementation of initiatives
* As a Power BI Developer, you will work on sophisticated assignments and often multiple phases of a project
* Assists in developing departmental technical policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/similar technical subject area and 10+ years of experience
* Extensive experience in Power BI
* Extensive experience in SQL
* Extensive experience in working in a data warehouse environment
* Experience in Snowflake
* Experience in AWS, Airflow and Python
* Experience in Data engineering, Data Modeling and Data analysis
* Experience in OBIEE/OAS is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
