Technical Project Manager Infrastructure
Gaming OR Hospitality Experience Required

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure and business initiatives across hospitality, gaming, food & beverage, and shared services environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience delivering infrastructure projects in active, guest-facing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and IT projects supporting hotel, gaming, F&B, and shared services environments
Partner with property leadership and internal IT teams to define scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria
Develop and manage detailed project plans including schedules, milestones, risk registers, communication plans, and issue logs
Manage vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure on-time and cost-effective project delivery
Oversee infrastructure initiatives including:
Network, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling
Data center, IDF/MDF buildouts and upgrades
Servers, storage, and virtualization platforms
End-user devices and POS systems (hotel, gaming, F&B, retail)
Systems integration across hospitality and gaming platforms
Drive cross-functional alignment with Operations, Finance, Security/Surveillance, Marketing, and HR
Maintain stakeholder communication through regular status updates, risk management, and decision tracking
Manage change control, dependencies, and risks across scope, budget, and schedule
Support go-live activities including cutover planning, validation, hypercare, and transition to operations
Provide financial oversight including forecasting, tracking actuals, and variance analysis
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience with at least 3+ years in hospitality, resort, or gaming environments
Proven experience managing infrastructure projects in active, guest-facing operations
Strong working knowledge of:
Core IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, virtualization, endpoints)
Hospitality and/or gaming systems (front-of-house and back-of-house)
Vendor and contractor management
Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (including executive-level reporting)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
Willingness to travel up to 50% to Northern California properties
