RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is in need of a Technical Systems Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* Resolve escalated service tickets promptly and deliver excellent customer support; escalate further when necessary
* Troubleshoot technical issues with end users using available tools (e.g., remote access, SCCM)
* Document all interactions, actions, and outcomes during troubleshooting
* Manage ticket queue to meet SLAs and keep users informed of progress
* Maintain and update documentation for owned applications; ensure compliance with standards
* Escalate issues to other teams, leadership, or vendors as appropriate
* Document meeting outcomes and assist with facilitation
* Assess user needs and existing applications to recommend and implement system improvements
* Respond to system alerts and support application performance monitoring
* Analyze incident data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
* Follow all security protocols and organizational standards
* Perform additional duties as needed to support projects and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of experience supporting or developing applications
* Advanced troubleshooting skills for applications, networks, and technical issues
* Strong ability to interact professionally with end users and cross-functional teams
* Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills
* Customer-service driven with a proactive mindset
* Team-oriented, able to collaborate and work independently
* High level of professionalism and commitment to quality
* Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask and reprioritize
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
