Job Title: Senior Delivery Manager Professional Services (PSO)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for our Professional Services Organization (PSO). This role requires deep expertise in managing complex enterprise programs, cloud transformation initiatives (AWS / Google Cloud), and cross-functional teams across product, engineering, customer success, and sales.

The ideal candidate excels at orchestrating delivery execution, ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes, and driving operational excellence across professional services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership & Execution

  • Own delivery of large-scale Professional Services engagements from kickoff to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Define, implement, and enforce delivery best practices, methodologies, and governance across PSO projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including solution architects, consultants, engineers, and customer success resources.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the senior point of escalation for enterprise clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship growth.
  • Work directly with executive stakeholders to understand business strategy, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
  • Conduct executive business reviews, risk assessments, and status updates for critical accounts.

Program Strategy & Advisory

  • Provide strategic guidance on cloud transformation initiatives (AWS, Google Cloud) and CRM/enterprise systems (Salesforce).
  • Align project goals with customer roadmap, driving adoption, value realization, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to support expansion, renewals, and long-term account strategy.

Operational Excellence & PSO Management

  • Track delivery KPIs, project health, resource utilization, margin performance, and customer success metrics.
  • Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure PSO delivery predictability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including tooling, processes, delivery frameworks, and knowledge management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
  • Work with Sales to scope new engagements, participate in SOW creation, and ensure accurate delivery estimation.
  • Partner with Enablement and Training teams to support customer onboarding and adoption programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Delivery Management, PSO, or Post-Sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of AWS and/or Google Cloud architecture & services.
  • Experience with Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Strong expertise in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and programs simultaneously.
  • Experience using delivery metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, PMP, Scrum, or similar.
  • Background in SaaS, cloud services, or large-scale technology solutions.
  • Experience in sales enablement, program governance, or professional services operations (PSO).
  • Strong familiarity with SOW creation, scoping, and commercial management.
