Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates near Deerfield, IL)
Duration: 03 Months contract (Extension possible)
Hours: ~25 hours/week | Flexible schedule required

Overview:
Seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong consulting background to support cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement for a planned project. This role is focused on project coordination, communication, and accountability not IT project management or product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track cross-functional workstreams, action items, and deliverables
• Lead and document recurring internal and external stakeholder meetings
• Maintain clear communication between company, tenants, vendors, and project partners
• Track requests related to amenities, facilities, SOPs, and vendor services
• Proactively identify process or communication gaps and recommend improvements
• Independently manage meeting notes, decisions, and follow-ups using SharePoint and MS Office

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong project coordination and multi-stakeholder management experience
• Proven consulting experience with large or mid-to-large organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Highly skilled in real-time meeting documentation and action-item tracking
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities

Preferred Background:

• Exposure to construction, utilities, facilities, or site transition projects
• Consulting firm background
• Local to or near Deerfield, IL (occasional onsite meetings may be required)
