SAP SD / S/4HANA Order-to-Cash Analyst

Location: Manhattan, NY 4 days onsite, Friday remote

Salary: $185K + 10% Bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to lead digital transformation across our Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. This role focuses on SAP S/4HANA SD, integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAP Commerce Cloud, EDI platforms, and digital payment providers (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal). You will drive scalable solutions, optimize processes, and ensure seamless customer order experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP O2C functional design and delivery (SD modules, order management, pricing, invoicing, billing).
Integrate SAP S/4HANA with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAP Commerce Cloud.
Manage EDI transactions (Orders 850, Invoice 810, ASN 856, Remittance 820).
Configure digital payment providers and ensure real-time processing and compliance.
Provide operational support, process optimization, and Level 3 SAP SD troubleshooting.
Maintain documentation, support audits, and ensure SOX compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 8 years SAP SD experience, with 2+ full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Experience integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud or SAP Commerce Cloud.
Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and middleware platforms (SAP CPI, TrueCommerce).
Hands-on experience with digital payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen).
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

SAP Billing & Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) or Subscription Billing.
SAP Fiori apps, REST/OData APIs, BTP extensions.
Agile/Scrum experience.
