Brand Marketing Manager - Hybrid Role

Seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with strong experience in global product marketing and product development within the beauty industry. This role will lead the full product lifecycle from ideation, formulation, packaging, and claims to global product launches. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, labs, creative, education, and international markets to drive innovation and brand growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development and global launches

• Drive product ideation, packaging, positioning, and claims

• Conduct consumer insights, trend and competitive analysis

• Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration

• Support brand strategy and relaunch initiatives

• Manage budgets and execution

Requirements:

• 7+ years of marketing experience (beauty/haircare preferred)

• Strong product marketing or product development background

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Global or multicultural experience preferred

• Ability to travel up to 25%
