Must-Have Skills:

10+ years of experience managing large, complex corporate information systems, with progressively increasing responsibility.
Strong technical background including application development, in-depth problem solving, and knowledge of mainframe, mini, or microcomputer environments.
Proven experience leading projects and mentoring technical teams with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

Exposure to diverse operating systems, development tools, and methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
