Job Title: Paralegal II
Location: Denver, CO
Paralegal II:
Provides substantive procedural and legal work in support of the Real Estate Team working in conjunction with our Assistant General Counsels for Real Estate. Responsibilities would include reviewing and providing lease interpretations; resolving landlord/tenant disputes, drafting letters to landlords regarding lease obligations; and drafting and reviewing other ancillary real estate-related agreements. Our world-class real estate legal team supports every aspect of managing Client's real estate portfolio
