Description:
Job Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive system and sub-system drawing packages.
Create, revise, and finalize detailed engineering drawings-including parts, assemblies, and installations-based on layouts, reference models, and established engineering standards.
Apply redlines, feedback, and updates provided by the engineering team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Utilize industry-standard CAD and digital design tools (e.g., CATIA, NX, CADAM, CADEX) to generate high-quality technical documentation.
Complete detailed elements of large-scale layout drawings prepared by other engineers and designers, ensuring adherence to drafting best practices.
Determine appropriate scaling, reference planes, dimension lines, hidden features, and section views to support manufacturing and engineering needs.
Prepare production-ready specifications for parts, assemblies, and installations.
Contribute recommendations for design improvements that enhance product quality, usability, or manufacturability.

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of additional education or relevant drafting/design experience.
Proficiency with CAD software (CATIA V5, NX, CADAM, CADEX) and understanding of GD&T principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
