Oracle Data Hub Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking to bring on an Oracle Data Platform Hub Specialist on contract or contract to hire basis in Brookfield, WI.

Primary Functions:
* Strategic leadership, setting the technical vision
* Strategically leads the implementation of new tools and solutions currently outside of existing toolset to augment existing platforms
* Influence technology choices and standards
* Technical mentorship of senior and lead engineers
* Collaboration with leadership on technology roadmaps
* Drive significant impact on the organization's technical platform strategy
* Identify and recommend solutions to address improvement opportunities within platforms
* Develop and communicate architectural strategies needed to support existing and new platforms
* Design, architect, and deliver scalable and reliable platform solutions
* Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of platform services
* Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
* Provide technical consulting on platforms and guidance to stakeholders
* Contribute to and facilitate the creation of big-picture, multi-year platform strategies
* Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of those deliverables
* Partner with stakeholders on a global scale
* Collaborate within the solution delivery team and contribute to technical decisions
* Act as subject matter expert on specific platforms

REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive experience in Platform Engineering with exposure to cross-functional and global processes
* Mastery in platform architecture, design, and implementation
* In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and trends
* Expertise in influencing technical direction
* Recognized as a thought leader in the field
* Proficient verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to summarize and communicate effectively across functional and global audiences and topics while building strong relationships with stakeholders
* Excellent ability to work with cross-functional and global teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Significant impact on the organization's technical platform strategy
* Excellent technical mentoring and coaching experience
* Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues in the platform
* Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends
* Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
* Troubleshooting and debugging expertise
* Experience with networking principles and security best practices

Collaboration:
* High level of collaboration
* Will get aligned with internal team member for guidance/governance and then work interpedently
* Expect this person to manage their own workstream and interactions
* Partners with our team, Solution delivery, enterprise dev, QA, security and others within IT
* Partners with Functional Process Owners and other business end users
* The more direct collaboration with the business and other internal partners without assistance required from the Oracle Platform Application Team the better

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
