Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for driving Agile delivery for internal development team by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and enabling high-performing technology teams to deliver quality solutions efficiently
- Serve as a servant leader and coach for technology delivery teams, fostering Agile principles and practices
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure alignment and transparency
- Remove delivery impediments and proactively identify risks to maintain team velocity and quality
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlog and prioritize work for maximum business value
- Track and report key delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time) to drive continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of accountability, adaptability, and innovation within technology teams
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and support adoption of Agile tools and frameworks
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience working across technical and project management teams, liaising with team leaders, up horizontal layers
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum Kanban methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Suite
- Passion for problem solving, contributing to break complex topics into actionable solutions
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal, presentation creation and delivery skills
- Communications are timely, concise, easy to follow and tailored to topic, audience, and competing priorities
- Experience/knowledge on AI concepts and machine learning
Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94
