Job Summary:
o We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support and manage core human resources operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, onboarding, HR transactions, and employee support services. This role will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries and ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
o Provide centralized HR support across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee data transactions.
o Process employee lifecycle changes including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation updates.
o Maintain and audit employee records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
o Administer benefits enrollment, qualifying life event changes, and assist with claims resolution.
o Coordinate and support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
o Maintain and support performance management and appraisal processes.
o Respond to employee, manager, and vendor inquiries via case management tools and email/phone.
o Track, monitor, and resolve HR requests using case management systems in a fast-paced environment.
o Prepare HR reports and support recurring audits and compliance reviews.
o Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating job descriptions.
o Document HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
o Support HR training initiatives and internal process education.
o Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee and company data at all times.
Required Qualifications
o Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
o 3+ years of experience in an HR, HR Operations, or HR Service Center role.
o Strong experience with HR systems, case management tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Strong knowledge of HR operations, recordkeeping, and administrative processes.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
o High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
