Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Functional Architect (FSC) to join our client to lead the design and optimization of Salesforce solutions that elevate service delivery and strengthen financial operations. This remote role, open to candidates located near Harrisburg, PA, focuses on shaping scalable, multi-cloud architectures, guiding project execution, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and business priorities. The architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and support ongoing platform evolution. This is a direct hire opportunity offering stability, impact, and long-term growth.

Monday Friday, 9AM 5PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the Salesforce Functional Architect:
- Translate financial business needs into structured Salesforce requirements and solution strategies, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with Financial Services Cloud.
- Architect and configure multi-cloud Salesforce capabilities including automation, integrations, and data models to support wealth management, onboarding, compliance, and client lifecycle workflows.
- Develop functional documentation, workflows, and user resources that support project delivery, organizational adoption, and system governance.
- Partner with project teams to conduct testing, validate data migration activities, and resolve functional issues to maintain performance and compliance standards.
- Enable end-users through training, guidance, and ongoing support while driving continuous improvements based on platform releases and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills for the Salesforce Functional Architect:
- Extensive experience (8+ years) working within the Salesforce ecosystem, with several years focused on Financial Services Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, multi-cloud capabilities) and the ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical teams.
- Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Salesforce certifications are highly valued, particularly in administration, app building, Sales/Service Cloud, development, data architecture, and Financial Services Cloud.
