Job Description:

This role requires deep expertise across the Juniper ecosystem—including routing, switching, SD-WAN (SSR), and Mist—and the ability to lead technical discussions with clients, resolve escalations, and mentor junior engineers (including offshore team members).

Prior experience working with UK-based teams or transitioning responsibilities from international counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical lead on all client-facing calls and engagements.
• Provide expert-level guidance on Juniper routing, switching, SD-WAN (SSR), and Mist solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions, solution reviews, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Serve as the go-to escalation point for complex network issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, including offshore team members.
• Maintain strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.
