We have Immediate opening for a Network Infrastructure Analyst Mid with strong hands-on experience to support a long-term engagement with our client. Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role: System Engineer (IT infrastructure) Mid Level

Location: Louisville, KY (On-site support required)

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 6 8 years of experience

These roles focus on maintaining a Wintel environment and providing hands-on support for a diversified infrastructure.

Technical Scope & Responsibilities:

Wintel & Compute: Windows Server infrastructure (Physical & Virtual), File Server management, Printer management, and Storage environments etc.
Messaging & Backups: Routine management of communication/mail systems and ensuring backup schedules and data integrity are maintained.
Network Coordination (Basic): Provide first-level support for onsite Switches, Routers, and Wireless (AP) infrastructure.
A key task includes coordinating with ISPs for circuit issues.
