Seeking a high-impact Senior ServiceNow Engineer to serve as a technical cornerstone for our enterprise platform. This is a strategic role requiring deep expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and Discovery, alongside the ability to design complex integrations and lead governance across SecOps and GRC modules. You will not only execute technical delivery but also drive the platform roadmap, mentor engineering teams, and ensure our ServiceNow ecosystem is scalable, secure, and aligned with global business goals.

responsibilities:
Define the Roadmap: Lead the design and long-term vision of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and audit compliance.
Solution Design: Architect workflows, custom applications, and complex integrations that extend the platform's core capabilities.
Executive Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to translate high-level objectives into technical requirements that deliver measurable value.
qualifications:
10+ years of dedicated ServiceNow experience, with a track record of leading large-scale, enterprise-level implementations.
Technical Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap).
Deep understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery.
Proven success integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
Preferred Technical Skills: Experience with Perl or Python in a Linux environment is highly valued.
Methodology: Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environments.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "translate" complex technical debt or architectural needs to non-technical executive stakeholders.
Education & Certifications
Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Required: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, or similar).
Preferred: ITIL v3/v4 certification.
Big Plus: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
