Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data migration and integration Project Job Summary:
This position will be working with the integration team focusing on data migration from the legacy Salesforce instance to the new Financial Services Cloud Salesforce instance. General role, responsibilities and skills are outlined below. In addition for this particular role the candidate will be responsible for the following and will required skills in the specified areas.
You will:
Using provided data model documentation and Salesforce App dev confluence pages and project requirements, design documents and story acceptance criteria to build test plans, create test cases and execute testing to test Informatica integrations and data.
As lead you will be expected to provide Design testing processes, ensure compliance with processes, documentation is complete, lead automation efforts, etc.
Required Skills:
5-7 years Experience integration testing with tools like Informatica, SSIS, Talend, etc. Informatica IDMC (AKA IICS) preferred.
5+ years experience with Oracle data base and Pl/SQL coding
Experience with Salesforce data models, ability to query Salesforce (SOQL)
Knowledge of Jave preferred, as well as Python.

A Data Quality Engineer focuses onensuring data reliability and accuracy by establishing procedures, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to maintain data quality across various systems and processes. Using technical documentation creates test procedures, plans and cases and then executes according to plan. Over sees testers to ensure quality of testing.
Job Summary/Description:
Provide accountability for testing and quality assurance for mission critical enterprise applications
Drive a continuous improvement mentality to deliver robust performance testing strategies and methods
Promote excellent development practices for coded test frameworks, to include participating in code reviews and source control management
Coordinate End-to-End testing across different product and domain teams
Design test cases and automation for testing Data and Data integration.
Partner with development and other team members, provide technical guidance and work closely with offshore QA teams to create agile test automation solutions, accelerating SDLC processes and meeting critical business objectives.
Maintain tools used in during test development including source control, test management and release systems
Experience working with resources in different geographical locations and offshore vendors
Required skills:
5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
5+ years of hands on testing experience in Data and Data Integration platforms
Proficiency in Structure Query Language and database technologies.
Experience with Oracle required: SQL and writing PL/SQL procedures for conducting repeatable testing.
Knowledge of Informatica and other ETL technologies
Understanding of QA practices (black box testing, risk based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing practices)
Strong technical competency in an OOP language such as C#.NET/Java/Python.
Team player with excellent communication skills (oral and written) to partner technically with Application Architects, Development, QA/Testing organizations and Business teams
Working knowledge of Agile, Iterative development process and methodologies is essential
Passion for building solutions through automation, driven by innovation and commitment to lifelong learning
Strong problem-solving skills including ability to disseminate complex ideas in a simplified fashion
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Hands on experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins/Bamboo/GIT etc.) is preferred
from my understanding the Oracle/ IICS / Salesforce were important
and very, very strong communication - a lot of the work is coordinating the work across all the teams both on and offshore
