Job Summary

This role focuses on enterprise-level data quality, QA strategy, and automation across mission-critical applications. The engineer ensures data reliability, accuracy, and test governance across data platforms and integrations while overseeing QA execution and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own testing and quality assurance accountability for enterprise applications

• Define and drive data quality standards and testing strategies

• Design and execute test plans, test procedures, and test cases

• Oversee QA testers and ensure quality of testing deliverables

• Coordinate end-to-end testing across product and domain teams

• Design automated test frameworks for data and data integrations

• Participate in code reviews and source control management

• Maintain QA tools for test management, source control, and release systems

• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and vendors

• Drive continuous improvement in QA and performance testing

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance

• 8+ years hands-on testing in Data & Data Integration platforms

• Strong proficiency in SQL and database technologies

• Strong experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (repeatable testing)

• Knowledge of Informatica and ETL technologies

• Deep understanding of QA practices:

  • Black-box testing

  • Risk-based testing

  • System testing

  • Regression testing

  • Exploratory testing

• Strong OOP skills in Java / C# .NET / Python

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
