Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Child Support systems and financial operations (receipts, disbursements, reconciliation, recoupment).
Strong background in workflow design, system enhancements, stakeholder interviews, and SQL querying.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Information Technology.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Microsoft TFS, Microsoft Test Manager, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Finance or IT academic background.
