Summary

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with Mainframe domain expertisepreferred and Scrum/Agile delivery experience to lead and manage mainframe modernization, maintenance, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will bridge business, technical, and delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals while following Agile/Scrum best practices.

Technical Skills

Hands-on knowledge of Mainframe technologies:

COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, VSAM, z/OS

Experience managing batch and online processing environments.
Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD concepts for mainframe is a plus.

Project & Agile Skills

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, SDLC, and project governance.
Experience using Agile and project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Rally).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
