| Job Summary: Overview The Senior PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Developer will provide advanced technical expertise supporting Campus Solutions modernization efforts, Fluid UI conversions, accessibility remediation, and integrations required for the transition to Oracle HCM Cloud. This resource must be capable of contributing immediately, with deep experience in complex PeopleSoft development and a strong understanding of functional CS processes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications using PeopleCode, App Designer, Application Engine, and related PeopleTools. Lead Fluid UI development, converting classic/custom pages to Fluid and maximizing delivered configurations. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, Integration Broker services, and Component Interfaces. Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot custom integrations between Campus Solutions and enterprise systems. Retrofit and refactor customizations to support CS upgrades and delivered functionality. Ensure accessibility compliance for pages and components (WCAG/ADA). Build reports using SQR, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools. Support Phase II tools/functionality in PT 8.61+ and the latest PUM releases. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and operate independently with minimal ramp-up. Use Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration. Required Experience & Skills 10 15+ years of PeopleSoft development experience in a complex Campus Solutions environment. Expert-level proficiency with: Fluid development RESTful APIs & Integration Broker Component Interfaces Application Engine SQR Strong functional understanding of CS modules (Registrar, Student Financials, Admissions, Financial Aid). Experience making PeopleSoft pages accessibility compliant. Strong background with PeopleTools 8.61+ and PUM functionality. Experience in highly customized PeopleSoft environments. Ability to deliver immediate value with minimal onboarding. The Campus Solutions team is understaffed and facing potential loss of a key senior resource. There are 35+ projects on the roadmap, including Fluid UI adoption, accessibility compliance, integrations, and major system upgrades. Client is migrating HCM and Financials to Oracle SaaS Cloud (go-live July 2026), requiring tight integration with Campus Solutions.
