Our client is seeking an Epic Cache Database Administrator in Lakeland, FL/Remote.
Responsibilities
Epic Cache database administration.
SQL work (critical requirement).
Support Epic-related projects and implementations.
Occasional weekend work during major projects. (maybe 1-2x a year)
Team size: Estimated 10+ within IT (system analysts, engineers, DB admins).
Education: Flexible-Bachelor's preferred, but experience can outweigh formal education. Minimum is an Associate's
Time allocation: Not specified in percentages; primarily Epic DB admin and SQL tasks.
Requirements & Skills
10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, including end-to-end automation of data pipelines in large enterprise environments
Epic experience (hands-on, not just knowledge).
SQL proficiency.
HL7 familiarity.
Crystal Reporting / Epic Clarity understanding.
Healthcare/hospital IT environment experience.
Epic certification (not mandatory but highly preferred).
Infor experience (bonus).
