Title: Salesforce Agentforce Developer – Salesforce Agentic AI
Duration: 12 Months – Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433
Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon.
Client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Agentic AI (Agentforce) Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein AI and Salesforce cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, agent-driven solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce (AI Agent) solutions.
· Develop AI-powered workflows using Salesforce Einstein AI.
· Support and enhance Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations.
· Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Agentic AI / AI-driven automation.
- Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Agentforce / AI agents.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI (Einstein Bots, Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Discovery, or related features).
- Solid experience in Salesforce cloud implementations and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and frameworks (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and cloud services.
