Experience with Cloud, SAAS Applications, SSO, Apple MAC OS, Windows, wireless technology, video conferencing, email systems, and remote support tools

Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and remote support to end users, as well as solve escalations sent from Service-Desk.
Resolve priority technology issues in person with a focus on customer service
Aid in the adoption of new technology through strategic promotional events
Represent client professionally in all interactions
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and ensure satisfaction
Assist with all Studio Ops IT related support for POS and Register machines.
Asset Management of Employee returned equipment as well as tracking the current status.
Provide status updates to Management
Daily Duties:
Plan and prioritize daily activities
Process walk-up service requests and document in tickets
Resolve Tier 2 (Service Desk) escalated tickets. Monitor and manage ticket queue using Service Now (SNOW)
Create documentation for staff for training purposes.
Process and inventory all Hardware Requests for New-Hire's and current Staff.
Manage multiple projects and priorities
Communicate positively with co-workers
Increase technical proficiency through hands-on experience and training
Meet service performance goals
Oversee and manage escalations from HELP Bar

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.72 - $34.72/hr.
