Description
CyberArk Engineer to execute on an initiative from the InfoSec team to manage and have account management solutions in place for on prem service accounts, integrate those accounts into CyberArk, and assist/provide guidance to platform and application teams related to password rotation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult with account owners and targeted teams to inventory service accounts and understand application dependencies.
- Determine and implement appropriate CyberArk solutions (CPM integration, Credential Provider, Central Credential Provider, Conjur).
- Educate and guide technical teams on CyberArk integration, password rotation, and secrets management.
- Validate and test implemented solutions across diverse platforms (Linux, Windows, custom applications, appliances).
- Assist development teams with integrating CyberArk solutions using sample code (e.g., REST API).
- Provide connector development requirements to CyberArk for custom integrations.
- Submit and validate firewall rule changes required for CyberArk integrations.
- Support service account owners during change windows (10 PM - 4 AM PST) and outage calls, including potential rollbacks.
- Provide status updates for each account and escalate issues when required.
- Investigate, research, and troubleshoot integration issues with developers and engineers.
- As part of their zero trust strategy, includes the management of non-human identities, specifically focusing on onboarding and managing service accounts through CyberArk.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Deep conceptual and hands-on experience with CyberArk, including onboarding accounts.
- Expertise in CyberArk components: Credential Provider (CP), Central Credential Provider (CCP), Conjur (for cloud-based accounts), and CPM integration.
- Experience with CyberArk PAM v14.2 (or latest version).
- Strong programming and scripting skills for REST API-based credential management.
- Software integration mindset, adaptable to various platforms and legacy systems.
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure (on-prem and cloud).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
