Job Title: MDM Consultant (Ataccama One Development Resource)
Location: CA/TX/NY/GA - Remote
Job Type: Contract

Major Responsibilities

• Act as a data delivery expert on master data management in Ataccama One for use by Supply Chain solutions.
• Work with Data Architects, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and Application Developers on sound product design and consistent approach across master data domains and end-user products.
• Execute the data mastering development process through pipeline creation, testing, deployment, and quality control.
• Adhere to standards for design and quality across products, using approved data delivery tasks and tooling.
• Work with leadership and stakeholders to define operational and project effort.
• Build prototypes, Proofs of Concept and/or demonstration examples for leadership and stakeholders for new data mastering needs and/or new technologies to employ, if defined by Architects, stakeholders, or Lead Developers.
• Participate in planning and review sessions related to master data products to ensure proper planning, prioritization, and scheduling.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities through resolution and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Coordinate with vendor, corporate, and other partner teams to deliver data to and/or receive data from any relevant upstream or downstream source as needed.
• Conduct demonstration sessions for stakeholders and team members on relevant data products.
• Actively build strong bonds and relationships with stakeholders, product owners, and team leaders.
• Maintaincustomer focus.
• Practice and adhere to the HCA Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

• Experience in Data Engineering or Database application development
• Experience in Master Data Management using AtaccamaOne at an enterprise level using multiple input data sources and producing multiple outputs.
• Experience in team leadership or management

Licenses, Certifications, & Training:

• Professional Certification in Data Engineering
• Professional Certification in Cloud Data Engineering

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Expertise/experience in data analysis, modeling and visualization.
• Expertise/extensive experience in data modeling, mastering rules creation, pipeline design and operation of Master Data Management using Ataccama One.
• Proficiency with multiple data engineering/extract-transform-load (ETL)tools and languages (e.g., Python, Google Cloud DataFlow, etc.).
• Mastery of ANSI-compliant Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience participating on agile teams with other engineers.
• Experience with high-volume, scalable, enterprise data development.
• Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
• Organization skills and experience organizing and coordinating team member tasks.
• Ability to build trust and act with authenticity to cultivate a culture of integrity, inclusion, and mutual respect.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Google BigQuery, Vertex AI, Business Objects, etc.)
