Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong banking domain experience and a solid technology background.

The ideal candidate is someone who has worked as a BA but also understands systems, data flows, and technical components such as APIs, integrations, databases, and application architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into Functional Requirements (FRD), User Stories, and Technical Specifications.
Understand system workflows, APIs, integrations, and backend processes to ensure requirements are technically feasible.
Perform data analysis using SQL to validate data flows, investigate issues, and support reporting needs.
Support UAT, coordinate testing cycles, and assist in defect triage.
Collaborate with developers and architects to explain requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
Map current-state vs. future-state processes and identify system enhancement opportunities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
Strong understanding of banking domains such as Payments, Lending, Cards, Core Banking, Treasury, or Wealth Management.
