Key Responsibilities:

Work with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners throughout the SDLC to ensure solution alignment.
Perform data analysis, SQL queries, and validation to support business requirements and testing.
Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and system interaction diagrams.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities.
Support system integrations, API testing, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
