The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems. Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience as Business Analysist or Solution Desing role. What we re looking for: - 10+ years experience in Techno Functional / BA for credit decisioning domain
- Skilled Java APIs and understand the Java API technical requirements, architect and design it for existing and new process.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Understanding and practical application of functional programming concepts in Java, Python & AWS.
- Experience with various phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and writing SQL queries.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for credit decisioning JAVA/strategies.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications , JAVA/strategy design document.
- Work closely with stakeholders ( Credit Risk ) to capture and validate decision rules and data attributes.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming , sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Create API specifications documentation ( Open API specifications ) and interface mapping document.
- Participate in data mapping and transformation activities for incoming and outgoing API payloads.
- Manage JIRA stories, epics and technical tasks associated with integration deliverables.
- Good understanding on credit card decisioning, consumer lending or banking domains.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
