Scrum Master

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure the Scrum framework is effectively implemented across teams. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, coaching teams to improve productivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement while removing impediments that hinder progress.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives

Coach and guide teams on Agile and Scrum principles, values, and best practices

Remove impediments and blockers affecting team progress

Support Product Owner in backlog grooming, refinement, and prioritization

Ensure the team adheres to Scrum processes and Agile methodologies

Promote self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
