Job Description and Deliverables

SFMC audience build services supporting Set Top Box campaigns and related MyFree and genre-specific campaigns, including but not limited to:
Audience Development & Execution

Build audience segments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for MyFree and Genre campaigns as well as campaigns to existing Premium Video customers.
Develop and implement SQL-based selection logic.
Perform quality control and peer review of audiences.
Meet with business stakeholders to review audience requirements, provide input on audience build approach and support troubleshooting efforts.

Campaign Management & Documentation

Gather and translate campaign requirements into audience selection strategies.
Maintain documentation and tracking of campaign workflows.

Technical Implementation & Data Management

Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Tealium CDP for audience segmentation.
Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards.

Deliverables:

Monthly milestones (per resource):

Build, test, and deliver 6 8 marketable audiences spanning email, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, set-top-box and other owned channels.
Code review 6 8 audiences per month built by other developers, providing recommended revisions as needed to meet standard audience practices and compliance.
Achieve 98% or higher on-time delivery of audiences and peer reviews as measured in Jira.
