Summary

Job Description Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is expanding its Cybersecurity Solutions division to meet growing customer demand for advanced operational technology (OT) protection. They are seeking a Cyber Solutions Development Manager to build and lead a team responsible for developing packaged cybersecurity offerings that combine Schneider's OT expertise with trusted partner technologies.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to establish a new development organization within a world-class company. You will work at the intersection of cybersecurity, industrial automation, and software innovation, creating solutions that are used by customers around the world. The role offers high visibility, technical influence, and the chance to grow a strong team culture centered on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
15+ years of experience developing or implementing industrial or critical infrastructure control systems
Proven people management experience leading engineering or software development teams
Hands-on experience with industrial software, applications, and virtualization tools
Strong understanding of industrial communications and networking components
Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity concepts and best practices
Familiarity with cybersecurity and industrial standards such as IEC 62443
Experience applying development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PMP framework
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and mentor technical teams

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience establishing new engineering teams or organizations
Background in developing market-ready packaged software or cybersecurity products
Knowledge of offer lifecycle management and product versioning processes
Familiarity with supply chain collaboration and industrialization processes
Experience coordinating outsourced software development or global R&D teams
